Kadosef Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what personal data Kadosef (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the rights you have. It applies to our apps and services. The English version prevails over any translation.

Data we collect

Account & identity: your name, email, phone number, and the identifier from our sign-in provider.
Profile: display name, photo, and your country/market.
Transactions & activity: your listings, orders, shipments, messages, and how you use the app.
Device & technical: device identifiers, push-notification tokens, app version, language, and basic log data.
Consent choices: the legal versions you accepted and your marketing preferences.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data, and we ask that you not put such data in listings or messages.

Why we use it, and our legal bases

To provide the service and your account, and to enable transactions between users — performance of a contract.
To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service — our legitimate interests.
To send marketing where you have opted in — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
To meet legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and lawful requests from authorities.

Other users, only as needed to complete a transaction (for example, a seller or transporter needs delivery details).
Service providers who process data for us under contract — including Google/Firebase for authentication, hosting, and notifications.
Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Kadosef operates across borders, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then for any period required by law (for example, tax and transaction records), before deleting or anonymising it.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@kadosef.com.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Kadosef is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this Policy. When a change is material, we publish a new version and, where required, ask for your consent.
